Shipping Information - 5 Star Designs

At 5 Star Designs, we are committed to delivering exceptional service with every order. Please allow up to 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your items to be shipped, though often it may be sooner. All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number for your convenience.

For deliveries within the USA, please expect your package to arrive within 5-7 business days after it has been shipped. If you’ve paid using an e-check through PayPal, please note that your order will ship only after the payment has cleared.

If you haven’t received your tracking number within 3 business days, kindly check your junk/spam folder. If it’s still missing, don’t hesitate to email us – we’re here to help with any questions or concerns.

Once your order has been handed off to USPS, any shipping-related issues must be resolved directly through them. You can reach USPS at usps.com or by calling (800) 275-8777. If your tracking information shows that your package is “DELIVERED” and you’re experiencing delivery issues, please contact your local post office for assistance. Unfortunately, we cannot intervene in delivery matters as they are managed solely by the USPS.
